Personal Care Assistant

About the Role:

Home Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Jefferson, GA. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant, CNA, HHA, or caregiver preferred
Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and staff
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
