Our commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service has made us a trusted partner across multiple industries.Position SummaryThe Griff Network is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our campus facilities. This position focuses on building maintenance and property repairs rather than production equipment maintenance.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong troubleshooting abilities and a wide range of maintenance skills. You will work across multiple facilities, helping ensure our buildings remain safe, clean, and operational.Work LocationsThis position supports the following Fallsington facilities:275 Lower Morrisville Road101 Lower Morrisville Road9 Headley Place8 Headley Place111 Lower Morrisville RoadKey ResponsibilitiesBuilding MaintenancePerform routine interior and exterior building maintenance.Repair drywall, replace ceiling tiles, and complete painting projects.Address general wear and tear throughout facility locations.Lighting & Minor ElectricalReplace light bulbs and ballasts.Perform basic electrical repairs such as switches, outlets, and fixtures when appropriate.General RepairsRepair doors, locks, office furniture, and building hardware.Address minor plumbing issues including leaking faucets and simple clogs.Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.Safety & ComplianceConduct regular facility inspections.Identify and correct safety hazards including trip hazards, blocked exits, and minor structural concerns.Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.Grounds & Exterior SupportAssist with maintaining safe building entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds.Support seasonal facility upkeep projects.Work Order ManagementMeet daily with the Maintenance Manager to review priorities and assignments.Track completed work and provide updates on ongoing projects.Vendor CoordinationAssist contractors and service providers by providing facility access and support when needed.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required.Experience2-3 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred.Technical SkillsExperience using hand tools and power tools.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.Physical RequirementsAbility to work on ladders and in varying facility environments.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to travel between local Fallsington facilities throughout the workday.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.General maintenance and repair experience across multiple trades.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.Position DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeDepartment: MaintenanceLocation: Fallsington, PAReports To: Maintenance ManagerSeniority Level: Mid-LevelIndustry: Flexible Packaging, Film Manufacturing, Paper & Plastics ManufacturingWhy Join The Griff Network?Family-owned company with a hands-on leadership team.Stable, growing manufacturing organization with multiple facilities.Opportunity to work independently and make a direct impact on facility operations.Collaborative team environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Apply today and help keep The Griff Network running safely, efficiently, and looking its best. #J-18808-Ljbffr
