Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, but some 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We operate a well-maintained fleet that is no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily focused on automotive loads for optimal efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Anticipate earning an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base rate is set at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
