Click here to see our state-of-the-art facility and distribution center and learn more about our business, and here to find out more about the industries we serve, and here to learn about our consumer and manufacturing divisions.This role maintains the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across North America and supports the broader global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesAdminister North America compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and bonuses, ensuring compliance with policies, governance standards, and regulationsMaintain compensation documentation, controls, and audit practices to support compliance, efficiency, and pay equityConduct market pricing, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support competitive compensation programs and informed decision-makingSupport job architecture, job evaluations, career frameworks, and salary structures, including job leveling and range placementMaintain job, market pricing, and compensation data in Workday and compensation systems; partner with HR and leaders on new and evolving rolesServe as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy, including pay administration, job evaluation, incentives, pay equity, transparency, and market competitivenessProvide compensation, consultation, education, and training to HR and business leadersSupport annual compensation planning activities, including merit, market, promotional, and incentive programs, along with related communications and trainingCoordinate compensation system configuration, testing, reporting, analytics, and budget monitoring for compensation cyclesLeverage Workday, compensation platforms, and analytics tools to ensure data integrity, support system enhancements, and provide actionable compensation insightsParticipate in compensation initiatives and special projects; deliver executive summaries and data-driven insights to senior leadershipCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to build strong partnerships, align priorities, and achieve business objectivesPERKS & BENEFITSAs an industry leader, we offer a competitive wage, bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefit package which includes Health, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Employee Assistance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, Wellness Program, Social Events, Community Involvement and much more!
