Personal Trainer for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply your personal training expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical fitness and wellness input. This remote contract opportunity focuses on translating real-world knowledge of motivation, communication, program design, and health and safety into high-quality training materials. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs for diverse needs and goals.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness scenarios, concepts, and instructional content.
• Evaluate exercise-routine health and safety protocols and recommend best practices.
• Develop motivational strategies and communication approaches for varied client profiles.
• Assess the quality of exercise instruction and effectiveness of program designs, offering subject-matter insights.
• Clearly document findings and recommendations to support AI model development.
• Collaborate with other experts to maintain the accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer.
• Current certification from a recognized fitness authority, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability in program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction.
• A reliable, consistent approach to completing assignments and delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with a range of client populations and training environments.
• Experience creating educational content or training materials is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $25 to $40 per hour.
