Personal Trainer for AI Model Training

Apply your personal training expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical fitness and wellness guidance. This remote contract opportunity is designed for experienced trainers who bring strong motivation, communication, personalized program design, and health and safety knowledge. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs for diverse needs and goals.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness scenarios, concepts, and instructional content.
• Evaluate health and safety protocols in exercise routines and recommend best practices.
• Develop motivational strategies and communication approaches for different client profiles.
• Assess exercise instruction and program-design effectiveness, providing domain-specific insight.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly to support AI model development.
• Collaborate with other subject-matter experts to maintain accurate, relevant training materials.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer.
• Current certification from a recognized fitness authority, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strength in program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction.
• A reliable, consistent approach to delivering high-quality work on assignments.
• Familiarity with a range of client populations and training environments.
• Experience contributing to educational content or training materials is a plus.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $25 to $40 per hour.
