$150,000-$215,000 + Bonus, Vehicle Allowance & Comprehensive Benefits Director of Field Operations - Civil Infrastructure & Site Development Lead field operations across multiple civil infrastructure and site development projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region. We are an established North Texas contractor specializing in civil infrastructure and specialty construction. We partner with public and private clients to deliver underground utility improvements, site development, infrastructure upgrades and occupied facility projects throughout the region. The company delivers high-value civil infrastructure and specialty construction projects supported by a diverse backlog and long-standing client relationships. The Director of Field Operations provides leadership across multiple concurrent projects, overseeing field teams, workforce planning, equipment allocation, scheduling, safety, quality and client coordination from mobilization through closeout. This role works closely with ownership to support consistent field operations across a growing portfolio of civil and specialty construction projects. Qualifications 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor or leading civil contractor. Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated success leading multiple crews across concurrent projects. Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, grading, trenching, paving, site concrete or related civil construction $150,000-$215,000 base salary, bonus and incentive opportunities, comprehensive benefits, company vehicle or vehicle allowance and professional development opportunities.
