What You'll Do
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a trade school or apprenticeship program in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components including wiring, refrigeration, and ductwork.
- Strong sheet metal experience ( Fabrication and install)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

- Install commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, and ductwork
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal duct systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and fit ductwork for proper airflow and efficiency
- Work alongside foremen, project managers, and other trades on job sites
- Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments in the field
