Embroidery Specialist

Drive efficient garment customization by setup, operation, and support within an embroidery department, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Employment type: Full-time Pay Range: $21 to $25 per hour Role Overview As an embroidery machine operator, you will manage garment personalization, embroidery setup, and production support. You will utilize Wilcom software to ensure precise customization, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to meet quality standards. Your role is vital to maintaining efficient workflow and delivering high-quality embroidered products. Day in the Life Set up embroidery machines for various customization projects Ensure accurate embroidery using Wilcom software Troubleshoot embroidery issues and make adjustments Support production by sewing samples and preparing garments Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Your Qualifications Embroidery or sewing experience preferred Knowledge of Wilcom software is a plus Attention to detail and accuracy Fast learner with problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and self-sufficient Ability to lift 40+ pounds Good communication and teamwork skills Availability between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM Must have reliable transportation Authorized to work in the USA Minimum 2 years embroidery experience required What We Believe In Celarity believes a key part of creating happy careers is first creating inclusive connections for ALL talent through exposure and access.
