Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to assess and respond to student health needs promptly
• Understanding of common school-related medical concerns and emergency procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing services such as medication administration, first aid, and care for acute and chronic conditions
• Monitor student health, respond to illness or injuries, and document treatments
• Collaborate with staff on implementation of individual health plans
• Educate students and staff on good health practices and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations and school policies
• Serve as a resource for families regarding student health issues
