We are looking for people who understand providing assistance to our clients goes beyond just the necessary daily tasks.Caregiver Requirements:Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns outside Hamden, not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).Have a drive to want to help and connect with others who need your assistance with daily activities.Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will:Provide one on one interaction with clients beyond physical tasks that need to be performedAssist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication remindersEstablish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workersProvide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shiftsProvide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who can no longer transport themselvesOur primary areas of service are:Cheshire, Hamden, North Haven, New Haven, Oxford, Prospect, Southington, Woodbridge, Bethany and Beacon FallsSynergy HomeCare of Cheshire offers:Pay range $17.50 to $19.00 per hour plus short shift bonusPaid Sick LeaveRetirement Savings AccountDirect DepositPaid orientation and ongoing trainingTime-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidaysFlexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clientsMileage ReimbursementEmployee recognition programsEmployee referral bonusEasy timekeeping, scheduling and communication through our Mobile AppDental, Vision, and Accident Insurance available
