Per Diem, Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

HumanEdge is actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate openings at a well-established long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Wayne, NJ.

We are seeking dependable, clinically strong nurses who are comfortable in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and available to work every other weekend.

Immediate interviews are being scheduled this week and qualified candidates may start quickly.

Available Shifts

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Schedule Requirement

Every other weekend required

Position Types

Per Diem
Part-Time
Full-Time

MUST HAVE

Active New Jersey RN License
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
Ability to work every other weekend
Strong medication administration and assessment skills
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Professional communication and documentation skills

NICE TO HAVE

Rehab or subacute experience
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Ventilator, wound care, or IV experience
Experience supervising CNAs and support staff
Ability to start immediately

RN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
Complete accurate charting and documentation
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams
Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion
