Finance & Insurance Manager

ZT Auto Luxury Charlotte, LLC. (McLaren Charlotte and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Charlotte) is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. This role guides customers through the finance and insurance purchasing process while supporting compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automotive finance products, proven closing skills, and a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction aligned with ZT Automotive's values.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including service contracts, GAP protection, and other ancillary products.
• Structure and secure financing options by partnering with lenders to obtain competitive terms for customers.
• Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by explaining financial products clearly and honestly.
• Review and finalize all paperwork for each deal, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal profitability
• Monitor and achieve performance metrics such as product penetration, PVR (profit per vehicle), and finance reserve.
• Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product vendors.
• Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and lender programs.
• Resolve customer concerns related to financing or aftermarket product issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 -5 years of automotive F&I experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in automotive sales and finance.
• Strong understanding of lending practices, compliance regulations, and dealership processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Digital Retailing and Remote delivery experience preferred.
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
• Proficiency with CDK, our dealership management systems (DMS) and Darwin F&I Menu.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers competitive compensation based on department and product sales performance.
