Mailroom Clerk - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- sorting: accurately sort incoming and outgoing mail based on department name, internal route, or courier service.
- preparation: prepare outgoing letters by folding, stuffing, and sealing envelopes; operate basic folding/inserting machines if needed.
- delivery support: assist senior mailroom staff with preparing the delivery carts and performing standard mail runs.
- inventory support: stock internal mail slots and delivery stations with necessary office and mail supplies.
- adaptability: quickly learn and apply specific mail handling and delivery routes used by different clients during each short-term mandate.

location: Corona, CA
work hours: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
