Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, hard-working Jr. Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will call warm leads in an effort to transfer the customer to a Solution Advisor to result in a sale. The role requires heavy calling to warm leads. You should be ambitious, results-driven, and goal-oriented. This is a great position for someone who is motivated, hardworking and looking for a fun working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Makes proactive outbound calls to prospects who have abandoned the sales funnel
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers
- Assists Solution Advisors with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
- Enter all notes and relevant information regarding client inquiries into company CRM
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly
- Must possess a true commitment to drive sales and providing excellent customer service
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Superior people development and communication skills.
