Responsibilities include: Write up job tickets, order entry, and job tracking throughout the entire manufacturing process through to shipping. Use company ERP system to input and track jobs. Ensure and order proper materials for jobs. Make sure all necessary information is provided to manufacturing to complete jobs. Act as the liaison among the clients, sales and production departments keeping all parties informed of updates and changes. Support and work closely with top salesman tracking jobs from order entry through to billing. Frequent client interaction. Prepare and execute proper billing statements. Qualifications include: Minimum of 3 - 5 years' production coordinating, planning or project management experience in commercial sheetfed offset, direct mail and/or digital printing environment. Working knowledge of prepress, offset and digital printing, binding and finishing operations. Must have superb communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong project management skills. Able to multi-task in a busy manufacturing environment. Attention to detail required. Working knowledge of computerized Print Management System; such as Monarch, PSI, EFI etc. preferred.
