Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with 1 month within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Chest tubes, stable trach management, IV skills, port/central lines, knowledgeable on CPAP/BiPAP/Airvo (RT will manage equipment), foley insertion/care, feeding tubes, cardiac rhythm interpretation

Shift & Scheduling: On Call, Call Back Requirements: No on call Weekend Rotation: every other weekend Holiday Requirements: 50% Schedule is made 4-6 weeks at a time, will receive 2 weeks prior.

Floating Requirements: All inpatient units and Boarding Travelers will be required to float to the below units as well as anywhere in the hospital there are MedSurg patients, including ER Holding/Boarding. MS1 General Medical Surgical, MS2 Ortho/Neuro, MS2 Cardiac

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
