A premier fine dining restaurant is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its upscale concept. You must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and uphold the stellar service standards of the restaurant's brand and reputation. Contemporary, elevated dining with events.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Wine service
- Reservation system
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
