We’re hiring for a Tax Operations Analyst opportunity with a leading financial services organization supporting tax documentation, reporting, and operational processes across a complex business environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in financial services operations while gaining exposure to tax processes, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional business teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review and validate tax documentation including W-9 and W-8 forms
• Research and respond to documentation-related inquiries and exceptions
• Support operational processes tied to tax reporting and withholding requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and complete time-sensitive requests
• Identify and resolve documentation breaks and process exceptions
• Contribute to operational initiatives and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in Operations, Tax, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills required
• Exposure to W-9/W-8 forms, KYC processes, SQL, or Alteryx is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
