As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most—auto, home, life, and more—while building a long-term career in a fast-moving, supportive environment. You’ll talk to warm leads, follow a clear sales system, and earn uncapped income by closing business the right way.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with clients to uncover needs and recommend the right coverage (auto, home, life, umbrella, etc.)
• Quote and close new business using our scripts, CRM, and step-by-step sales process
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value for the client (and earnings for you)
• Follow up quickly with leads (speed wins) via calls, texts, and email
• Document activity accurately in the CRM and stay organized with pipeline follow-up
• Hit weekly activity and sales goals (and get coached to beat them)
• Maintain compliance and professionalism—always protecting the client and the agency

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

• You’re confidently quoting, presenting, and closing with our system
• You’re consistent with daily call blocks and follow-up habits
• You’re writing quality business (low cancellations, strong retention)
• You’re contributing to team energy, standards, and momentum

Responsibilities

• Comfort using tech: CRM, phone systems, texting/email tools
• Insurance experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
