Clinical Nurse - PACU

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on managing illnesses and post-treatment needs, and participates in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Participates in professional development and continuous improvement efforts. Ensures effective communication across care continuum and promotes a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Critical care or procedural experience is advantageous. Ability to work safely with alertness and professionalism.
