Hospice LPN OpportunityJourneyCare Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN to join our growing Crisis Care team! This is a field-based position responsible for following the plan of care for our continuous care patients, providing treatments, and working collaboratively to help our patients and their families.Hours: Monday - Friday (3) 12-Hour Shifts 7PM-7AM and Every Other WeekendTerritory: Northbrook, ILSalary: $26 - $38 hourly - Offer Based on Years of ExperienceQualifications:Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing programThree years of nursing experience. Evaluates the patient's response to treatments/medications
