Internet Sales Processor  

Starting wage: $18.51/hour

As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will   play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brief Summary of Duties:

• Assisting customers through email and in person
• Assist in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment
• Prepare IT type Equipment to be listed for sale on eBay
• Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment
• Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online
• Keeping the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized
• Other duties as assigned by department supervisor

Experience and/or Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
• Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. 

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

• A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field
• Background working with PC type equipment
• Sales Experience
• Previous employment in computer related job
• Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value
