The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeoutBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout each projectDevelop, update, and communicate project schedules using Microsoft ProjectCoordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultantsMonitor project budgets, contracts, costs, and profitabilityManage change orders and project documentationPrepare and process owner billingsLead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company quality and safety standardsManage punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty follow-upPartner with company leadership to continuously improve project performance and client satisfactionQualificationsRequiredBachelor 's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent construction management experience)5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceProven ability to successfully manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Sage Timberline (Sage 300 CRE), and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's licenseWillingness to travel to project sites as neededPreferredDesign -build construction experienceExperience with negotiated commercial projectsStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and contract administrationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryVehicle allowancePaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchProfessional development opportunitiesSummer half-day FridaysSupportive, family-oriented work environmentLong-term career growthJoin Our TeamAt The Bannett Group, we don't just build commercial projects-we build lasting relationships, rewarding careers, and projects that strengthen the communities we serve.
