Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking reliable, trustworth, Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly get work orders and do them with high efficiency and quality, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and job duties such as flooring, trim, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
Do bids on remodels, rehabs, and other areas.
Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
We are a flooring store but we do A-Z so something different will be done every day.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Work Hard
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Must work hard and be able to complete jobs on your own.
