We are growing our Lancaster team and are looking for two outgoing, motivated Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistants who wants hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, promotions, and business development. No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support designed to help you develop strong communication, customer engagement, sales, and leadership skills.

This is an on-site, customer centered position in Lancaster where you will work alongside an experienced team supporting local marketing and sales campaigns, interacting with customers, representing client brands, and helping create positive customer experiences. Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support daily marketing, sales, and customer outreach campaigns
• Speak with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
• Introduce customers to products, services, promotions, and client offerings
• Answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
• Support local promotional events, marketing campaigns, and outreach activities
• Assist with campaign setup, customer follow-up, scheduling, and basic reporting
• Maintain accurate information related to customer interactions and campaign activity
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Work with the team to improve customer engagement and campaign performance
• Learn practical skills in marketing, sales, customer service, business development, and client relations

Key Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Able to work on-site in Lancaster and nearby locations surrounding Columbus
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Motivated to learn and develop new skills
• Dependable and organized
• Positive and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Open to coaching, feedback, and hands-on training
• Interested in marketing, sales, customer service, promotions, business, or leadership
