Maple Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team in Willoughby, OH. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Job Description

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon residents’ admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Are You

• Customer service orientated.
• Currently hold a valid LPN license in good standing.
• Have a thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experienced in the hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents.
• Can maintain and update effective service plans and supervise the care staff.
• Have a comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulations and laws.
• Eligible for permanent facility positions, including LPN, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or an LPN Travel Nurse/Travel Contract LPN seeking permanent employment.
• Experienced in long‑term care preferred.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

Requirements

• Love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile.
• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting.
• A natural problem‑solver.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
