Respond to correspondence and problem resolution promptly, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can‑do attitude. Complete other related duties as assigned. Requirements : Customer service experience is required. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
