Shift: Day and Evening Rotation
Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and self-directed Pharmacist to support both our inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. This role requires a high level of autonomy, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining strong communication with the broader care team
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.
Preferences:
• Active pharmacist licensure in Colorado and Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain both).
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient pharmacy practice, with a willingness to learn and cross-train into the other setting.
• Comfort working independently, with the initiative to make informed decisions and manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration skills to ensure seamless coordination with providers, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues when needed.
• Flexibility in scheduling, as shifts may include day, evening, or night hours, along with participation in an inpatient weekend rotation.

Clinical Pharmacist:
Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices
Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions
Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education
Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
