Daily Activities Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals. Present customized financial strategies to individuals, families, and businesses, helping them secure their futures. Continuously seek opportunities with new and existing clients to grow your book of business. Provide expert advice on minimizing risk, saving for the future, and achieving financial stability. Stay informed on carrier policy types, underwriting requirements, and application processes. Process new applications and make updates to existing policies. Conduct yearly reviews to ensure client plans adapt to changing circumstances. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Field underwrite potential clients both over the phone and in person. Assist clients in completing and processing applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain strong follow-up practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Comply with all background and pre-employment screening requirements. Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and focus on details. Driven & Motivated: Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
