Lead Teacher

We are looking for a full-time teacher with either CCFT training and ECE education or the potential to be a lead teacher after Childcare Foundational Trainings (CCFT). As a Teacher in our Group Daycare, you will play a vital role in supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of the classroom. Duties: Implementing lesson plans and educational activities Classroom management and maintaining a positive clean learning environment Supervise children during gym/outside, lunch, and other non-instructional times Behavior management and promoting positive behavior Collaborate with parents and staff to assess student progress and provide feedback ***CCFT training is a must and has to be completed within 6 months of taking the position. If you do not have these trainings, we would like to help you further your career by paying for the required CCFT Trainings.
