We’re looking for a Director of Franchise Operations who brings that same mix of operational knowledge, relationship building, and follow-through to a fast casual restaurant brand in Whitewater, WI

In this role, you’ll partner with franchise owners and their leadership teams to strengthen restaurant performance, develop people, and deliver a consistent guest experience. Your ability to turn business goals into practical action will help shape the success of each location and the broader franchise system.

What You’ll Lead

• Franchise partnerships: Build trusted relationships with owners, understand their business goals, and provide clear coaching and accountability.
• Restaurant performance: Review sales, profitability, labor, food costs, and guest feedback to identify opportunities and create measurable action plans.
• Leadership development: Coach franchisees and restaurant leaders on hiring, training, retention, and building strong management teams.
• Operational execution: Help locations deliver consistent food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, food safety, and genuine hospitality.
• Growth and openings: Support new restaurant openings and help operators establish the people, systems, and routines needed for success.
• Field collaboration: Connect franchisees with marketing, training, development, and other support teams to resolve challenges and execute initiatives.
• Continuous improvement: Bring insights from the field to leadership and help develop solutions that work in real restaurants.

What You Bring

• A successful background in multi-unit restaurant operations within fast casual, quick service, or a comparable restaurant environment.
• Experience supporting franchise owners and influencing results through strong relationships.
• A solid understanding of restaurant P&Ls, cost controls, sales building, and operational performance.
• A track record of developing leaders and improving results across multiple locations.
• The confidence to have direct conversations, paired with the judgment to listen and understand each operator’s challenges.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to balance field visits, business reviews, and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
