Operations Training Manager job at DHL Express, Inc. in Erlanger, KY. Key Responsibilities Schedules, delivers and facilitates training and development programs in support of the business goals and objectives Schedules and facilitates virtual training to various internal audiences at any DHL facility Conducts mandated training programs (air carrier and government specific), awareness training, new employee orientation and specific departmental training classes/programs Evaluates and confirms training programs meet expected business outcomes Researches, designs and develops new training programs, materials and job aides Ensures training material is updated, relevant and supports current operation procedures Applies various training methods such as individual auditing/coaching, group instruction, meetings and workshops Keeps current on US Customs Brokerage related policies and procedures Tracks and analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements Maintains training files and database for employees to ensure that the operation is compliant with all concerned regulatory agencies (TSA, FAA, US Customs, OSHA, and DOT ETC.)
