Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Dynamic Fusion, a well-established Millwright Contracting Company serving Lincoln and surrounding communities for over 30 years, is seeking a motivated Millwright Supervisor to lead our team. We specialize in millwright services, repairs, and preventative maintenance for various industrial clients.
Position: Millwright Supervisor- Grain Handling
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold Millwrights accountable for project completion
- Collaborate with other Millwright Supervisors
- Fabricate, repair, and install grain spouting
- Rig and erect structural steel components
- Operate rigging equipment for placing heavy machinery
- Install conveyors, conveyor components, etc.
- Repair or replace defective parts/components
- Align and test equipment, make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and track conveyor belts
- Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, connect couplings and belts
- Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures
- Ensure quality and quantity of the finished product
- Create and maintain a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (email, mobile applications, etc.)
- Proficient in Mig/Stick Welding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Field Metal Fabrication, Equipment Layout for Installation
- Ability to read blueprints and layout plans
- Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Use of measuring devices (tape measure, square, weld gauge, Laser, etc.)

- Structural Steel
- Fabrication of Ladders/Platforms/Catwalks
- Installation of Ladders/Platforms/Catwalks
- Small Concrete patch or repair
