Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Las Vegas. We are expanding, and we're opening a new location to meet the community's growing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to patients of all ages (infants through adults) as appropriate to the setting.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or CF eligibility
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Nevada
• Experience working with children and pediatric populations
• Familiarity with autism and various speech or language impairments
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
