POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION: LAWN/MOBILE CREW SUPERVISOR

STATUS : FULL-TIME/ HOURLY

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Be 21 years of age or older (Per our Insurance required guidelines)
• Pass a drug screening, as well as random drug screens throughout employment as we are a drug free environment
• Pass a local Law (with most Current County you have resided in for a year
• Pass a FDLE and FBI background check
• Have a valid Florida Driver License with a good driving record
• Have experience in Zero Turn Mowers, String Trimmers, Hedgers, Edgers, and other related equipment in both use and maintenance.
• Capable of Supervising crew so all aspects of contract is done as per requirements, and time allowed.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties you will do daily as required in addition to any other assignments by supervision.

Starting pay will be according to past experience, with increases as allowed in Rest Area Contracts and exhibition of skill level and willingness to get the job done.

You will be expected to report to the main office site each work day at the scheduled time ready for work. Please bring the food and drink you need throughout the day.

The Lawn Crew Supervisor will be given direct supervision of all crew members and will assign each person on their daily duties to accomplish the requirements of the Respect contracts.

EXAMPLES OF WORK: (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE)

1. Mowing at all sites as assigned by Management (using Zero Turn Mowers, or push mower in designated areas).
2. Edging and grass trimming at all sites. (Using Edger and String Trimmer).
3. Trash and debris removal from all sites.
4. Blow trash and debris from sidewalks and curbs (Using Backpack blower or turbo blower).
5. Landscaping of all bushes (Using Hedger and Loppers as needed).
6. Drive Truck, Pulling 24’-28’ box trailer. (Must have clean driving record).
7. Service and daily maintain all equipment as needed.
8. Pressure wash at all sites as needed ( using Pressure washer)
9. On occasion other duties throughout the Company arise that requires everyone to help, you will be asked to comply with those needs.
