Project Manager / Estimator / Superintendent – Site Work Construction

APMI – Western Massachusetts

APMI is a growing site work contractor looking for an experienced construction professional who wants more responsibility, more opportunity, and the ability to build something of their own within our company.

We’re looking for someone with an established reputation in the site work industry who can lead projects from start to finish and help grow our business.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in site work, excavation, utilities, grading, paving, or civil construction.
• Existing relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, or commercial clients.
• Ability to bring in new work and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Comfortable estimating, bidding, and negotiating projects.
• Ability to manage projects from award through completion.
• Lead field crews or coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with an ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Work closely with company leadership to continue growing the business.
