Your technical skill and commitment to quality will help ensure equipment stays safe, reliable, and ready for the job. **What You’ll Do*** Lead a team to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and other major components.* Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component repairs at customer jobsites and in the shop.* Complete service documentation and keep your service vehicle, tools, parts, and supplies organized and job ready.* Follow Briggs safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and required DOT and OSHA practices. **What You’ll Bring*** 10+ years of heavy or construction equipment repair experience with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.* Lead experience* Experience with precision measuring instruments; welding or fabrication skills are a plus.* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, perform physically demanding work, and furnish your own tools. **Why You’ll Love Working With Us*** A Safety-First culture built around integrity, teamwork, and taking care of people.* Opportunities to grow your technical skills while working hands-on with JCB construction equipment.* The stability of a company that’s been in business for more than 130 years—with a team focused on building what’s next.**Job Details**Pay Type:Hourly### About UsAt Briggs Industrial Solutions, our team members and our culture are just as important to the company as serving our customers.
