Patient Services Coordinator
$21 - $22 per hourPartners Personnel Management
PSR Assist (very similar to helping the front desk receptionist coverage and the PSR workload-mainly follow ups/calls)
Job description details: Pay range: $21-$22 (I know we will get push back on $23 from the hiring team so if there is anyone that is asking for something higher, I will still meet with them and try to have the team reconsider) Essential Functions:- Prepare work orders
- Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
- Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
- Prepare and submit chart for billing
- Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
- Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Assure flow of service
- Assist front desk when needed
- Perform basic office functions such as faxing, scanning, telephones, and emailing
- Cover the front desk as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
