This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments. As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.
