We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Wisconsin. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, delivering hands‑on care, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful functional improvements. Responsibilities Provide treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Administer therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional training activities Perform manual therapy techniques as directed, including soft tissue work and mobility‑based interventions Assist with balance training, strengthening programs, and mobility progression Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR system Educate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce care plans Collaborate with chiropractors and therapy team to support integrated patient care Qualifications Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license (required) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Experience in outpatient orthopedics, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary settings preferred Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to follow plan of care and provide consistent, high‑quality treatment Team‑oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Hourly rate: $30.00-$45.00 based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Chiro One Wellness Centers LLC
