PBX Operator/Customer Service for a Hotel Resort

Location: Near Mission Valley

Short Term to Start

Responsibilities Include:

· Serving as the central hub “Voice of the hotel” as incoming calls come in to answer.

· Screening calls to identify needs.

· Providing guest hospitality, concierge support handling Customer requests such as: Setting wake up alerts - Requesting additional towels be sent to a guests room – Providing details on hotel amenities – Providing Restaurant hours and Information on Local attractions.

· Forwarding more detailed requests to the Concierge Desk

· Providing high level customer care for their guests.

· Forwarding phone calls and taking messages for guests and staff as needed.

· Perform night clerical tasks such as Data Entry – or Filing etc.

Requirements Include:

· Customer Service skills and abilities

· Must have experience answering complex PBX type phone systems preferably for a Hotel or large Corp environment or Hospital or similar type environment.

· Respond promptly with your personal spirit.

· Create a memorable experience for guests and team members alike.

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

· Weekends will be required so must be open to working these work days. Days TBD.

· 2nd Shift 1:30P-10P

· Have a calm demeanor with confidence.

Physical Requirements Include:

• Must be able to sit or stand - (6+ hours/day).
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., boxes of benefit materials, files).
• Frequent use of a computer, phone, and general office equipment.
• Occasional walking across company location for meetings or employee outreach.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise level.

Compensation: $23-$24 Hr.
