Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams serve residents in senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that is focused on helping residents achieve optimal function and quality of life.

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a OT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess and implement treatment plans that help individuals regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living setting
• Focus on improving residents' performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
• Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida (required)
• Senior living or similar experience preferred
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
• CPR certification (per facility/state requirements)
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• A passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence
