Customer Service – Sales Support (Hiring Event: July 7)

Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

D&H is hosting an in-person hiring event on July 8 at our corporate office for Customer Service – Sales Support roles.

Important: Candidates must apply and be pre-qualified through pre-screening/registration to attend.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position supporting sales efforts while delivering excellent service. You’ll assist customers, manage orders, and partner with sales teams to drive satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries (pricing, inventory, ETAs, post-sale support)
• Manage calls, emails, and CRM updates
• Process orders, returns, and quotes
• Support sales reps and cover accounts as needed
• Resolve issues and assist new account setup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service (office or call center)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office proficiency
