Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,700 – $1,900 per week
- Frequency: Paid weekly
- Bonuses: Safety, referral, and DOT inspection bonuses available
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home weekly (Expect to be home every other day, depending on route length)
- Delivery Windows: Day shift operations (5:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Work Days: Busiest days are Thursday through Saturday
- Initial Days Off: Thursday through Wednesday schedule rotation
- Route Type: Regional routes with overnight stays; averages 3–6 stops per run
Equipment & Job Details
- Freight Type: 100% No-Touch refrigerated freight
- Fleet: Late-model trucks equipped with advanced safety technology
- Maintenance: 60% of equipment is maintained by our dedicated in-house shops

Job Requirements
- To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- License: Must possess a valid, current Class A CDL
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Safety Record: Clean driving record and acceptable professional references
- Compliance: Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) qualifications
