Contract | Night Shift (2100–0700) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a circulating RN in a 16-suite operating room environment handling approximately 30 cases per day
• Support a wide range of surgical cases including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedic, and Robotics procedures
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including weeknight, weekend, and select holiday call coverage, with a 30-minute response time requirement
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with OR technicians, charge nurses, and house supervisors to ensure safe and effective surgical care delivery
• Float within designated facilities only in cases of extreme staffing need

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated Trauma and Neurology experience in an OR setting
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must be available and present in-state for the full week of facility orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in an operating room or surgical setting
• Experience with Robotics-assisted surgical cases
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
