Lead Interior Designer | Luxury Residential

You are an experienced, highly driven Interior Designer who takes ownership, makes decisions, and moves projects forward. You love clients, lead conversations confidently, pick up the phone, solve problems, and know what needs to happen next. You are highly organized, numbers-oriented, exceptionally detail-focused, and comfortable directing a team. You don't wait to be managed. You take control and execute. This is a hands-on Lead Designer role managing luxury residential projects from concept through construction, furnishings, and final installation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation. Own the design vision, client relationship, deadlines, and project momentum. Lead client meetings, presentations, phone calls, and job-site conversations. Confidently guide clients through design and investment decisions. Develop complete design concepts including construction selections, furnishings, textiles, lighting, art, and accessories. Direct space planning, cabinetry, millwork, lighting, electrical, elevations, and construction detailing. Review drawings, specifications, selections, and proposals with exceptional attention to detail. Work confidently with measurements, quantities, pricing, budgets, and proposals. Direct Associate Designers, Technical Designers, Procurement, and Design Support. Coordinate with builders, architects, contractors, vendors, and trade partners. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Identify problems early, make decisions, and bring solutions. Follow through until every open item is resolved. Get your fingers in the dirt —no task is beneath you when it needs to happen to move the project forward.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

5+ years of professional residential interior design experience. Proven experience leading high-end or luxury residential projects. Strong portfolio of complete residential interiors. Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong residential construction and architectural detailing knowledge. Expertise in both construction selections and complete furnishings. Strong numerical aptitude with measurements, quantities, pricing, and budgets. Exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to lead and hold a project team accountable. Confidence managing multiple fast-moving projects at once. Current proficiency with digital design and project-management tools. Full-time, on-site availability in Fort Worth. Rendering, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization experience are preferred but not required.
