Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Provide customers with accurate product information and guidance on usage. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
