Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our Jacksonville team. This is a client-facing position responsible for managing transportation reservations from initial inquiry through confirmation while supporting our sales and operations teams. The right candidate will be organized, professional, comfortable managing multiple requests, and highly attentive to details. This is also an opportunity to learn the transportation business from the ground up. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and client relationship skills may have opportunities to advance into account management, inside sales, or outside sales. Qualifications Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, transportation, travel, customer service, or administrative support preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Professional and comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email Proactive problem-solving skills and good judgment Comfortable learning new reservation, CRM, and communication systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Transportation industry experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong hospitality, travel, administrative, or customer-service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
