We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Vice President of Human Resources to join our executive leadership team at our Jacksonville, Florida Support Center. This is an opportunity to shape and lead the company's people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performing culture across a nationwide portfolio supporting approximately 2,500 Team Members.

As Vice President of Human Resources, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a strategic partner to operational leaders across the organization. You will lead the HR function, aligning people initiatives with business objectives while supporting talent development, organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional Team Member experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR executive who combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, builds strong relationships, and understands how to support a diverse, multi-location workforce in a service-driven environment.

What You'll Bring

• Executive HR Leadership: A proven track record of leading HR strategy and operations in a complex, multi-location organization.
• Broad HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law compliance, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
• Business Partnership: The ability to collaborate with executive and operational leaders, translate business objectives into effective people strategies, and balance business needs with Team Member engagement.
• Leadership Development: A passion for developing leaders, strengthening teams, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Sound Judgment and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust at every level of the organization.
• Industry Experience: Experience in golf, hospitality, private clubs, or another service-oriented industry is preferred.
