Assign and prioritize engineering work based on complexity and business needs. Enforce development standards, coding practices, and quality controls. Conduct design and code reviews. Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges. Key Tasks: Break down technical requirements into executable tasks. Review SQL logic, transformations, and pipeline design. Troubleshoot performance and data processing issues. Collaborate with architecture and QA on solution quality. Ensure pipelines meet performance and reliability expectations.Top 3 Technical Skills: Advanced SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle or similar RDBMS). Data pipeline development (ETL/ELT, AWS services).
